restructuring process of Zak\u0142ady &quot;Chemar&quot; SA, owned by the State Treasury, on November 28, 2001, Zak\u0142ad Ruroci\u0105g\u00f3w &quot;Chemar&quot; Sp. z o. o. was established, taking over from &quot;Chemar&quot; SA the engineering and technical staff, production crew, designated buildings, machines, devices and equipment, as well as fixed and current assets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
