A modular process skid is a technological system housed in a frame that allows for easy transport to the customer's facility. A complete process skid installation includes pumps, valves, instrumentation, piping, and control panels. Assembling all components into a single unit makes us a comprehensive supplier of custom-made, integrated skid packages. Process skids are manufactured based on individual solutions tailored to the customer's needs, while maintaining safety and environmental protection requirements.
Basic materials used by Chemar Rurociągi Sp. z o.o. in skid production are: carbon, low- and high-alloy steels and stainless steel. We have a separate workshop and tools dedicated to the prefabrication of skids and pipeline components (spools) made of stainless steel.
