The design and production of fasteners dates back to the beginning of the company's history. Initially, these were individual designs, which, through continuous modernization and upgrade, meet the required technical standards for pipeline installations. They are collected in Pipeline Fasteners Catalog Chemar Pipelines Sp. z o. o.
For easier navigation in Pipeline Fastening Catalog fastening elements were divided into thematic groups and the range of types of fastenings produced was expanded.
All spring mounts manufactured in Chemar Pipelines Sp. z o. o. According to our own documentation, they are subject to adjustment and certification at a control and measurement station. At the customer's request, a product specification can be included with the spring mounting certificate.
Produced in Chemar Pipelines Sp. z o. o. fastenings are subject to quality tests in order to confirm specific requirements in a procedure based on the Integrated Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System implemented and applied in the Plant in accordance with the standards PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, PN-EN ISO 14001:2015, PN-ISO 45001:2024 and in compliance with the requirements set out in Directive 2014/68/EU.
Production Chemar Pipelines Sp. z o. o. is not limited to the fastening elements presented in the Catalogue. The Plant produces all fastenings included in Catalogue of Pipeline Elements (KER) Volume IV and Volume VIII and mounting according to individual customer solutions or own designs.
Produced in Chemar Pipelines Sp. z o. o. fasteners are used in many power plants in Poland and abroad.
