Pipeline fittings manufactured in Chemar Rurociągi Sp. z o.o. are combined into elements ready for assembly on the construction site, the so-called spools.

Curved arches


Bends are made from carbon steel, low-alloy steel, alloy steel, duplex steel, and superduplex steel, seamless or longitudinally welded. Bends are produced on an induction-heated bending machine or on mechanical bending machines.

Bent arches made on an induction-heated bending machine with smooth bending radius adjustment:

Outer diameter of the pipe: Dz= 60.3 mm ÷ 1020 mm

Bending angle: α = 0.5° ÷ 185°

Bending radius: R = 250 mm ÷ max 6000 mm (but R ≥ 2D)

Wall thickness: g = max 100 mm

Bent arches made on mechanical bending machines:

Outer diameter of the pipe: Dz= 10.2 mm ÷ 168 mm

Bending angle: α = 0.5° ÷ 180°

Bending radius: R = 2 D up to 600 mm

Wall thickness: 2.5 mm to 20 mm

Bent arches are made according to the standard PN-EN 13480, PN-EN 12952.

Segmental arches


Segmental bends are made from welded and seamless steel, carbon, low-alloy, alloy, duplex and superduplex steel pipes.

Scope of application:

Diameter range:

seamless steel pipes: 108 mm ÷ 508 mm

with longitudinal seam: 508 mm ÷ 2020 mm

Coolers


Coolers are built in Chemar Pipelines Sp. z o. o. as tubular with an internal protective insert with a flanged nozzle (or without) for the installation of an injection unit in the diameter range φ273 ÷ φ813 mm. They are performed according to our own documentation or based on documentation provided by the Client.
