• We process your personal data specified in the Labor Code or other specific acts (as required by the job posting) based on legal provisions, and their provision is necessary for participation in the selection and recruitment process. We process other personal data (e.g., image) based on your voluntary consent, which you provided when submitting your recruitment application, and providing such data does not affect your ability to participate in the recruitment process.
• Providing your personal data is a legal requirement and a condition for participating in the recruitment process. Providing personal data not required by law is voluntary.
• Your personal data will not be made available to any entities.
• Your personal data will be stored only for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or for the period specified in the recruitment regulations. Once the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled, it may be returned or destroyed. Based on your consent, your personal data may be stored and processed for the purposes of subsequent recruitment processes for a period no longer than December 31, 2026. You have the right to consent to the processing of personal data contained in your application solely for the purposes of this recruitment process. In such a case, in the declaration above, please clearly express your consent to the processing of personal data contained in your application solely for the purposes of this recruitment process.
• In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or restriction of your personal data from the controller, or to object to its processing. Your rights may be limited in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR*. Your rights will be exercised by the controller upon request.
• If you believe that the processing of your data violates the provisions on personal data protection, you have the right to lodge a complaint regarding their processing with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Stawki 2.
• Where you have consented to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the processing of your data until the time of withdrawal.

Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner. Your data will not be profiled.
