Chemar Rurociągi Sp. z o.o. is a manufacturer of pipeline fasteners based on its own design solutions, perfected over many years, and in accordance with the Pipeline Elements Catalogue (KER), as well as according to the customer's documentation.
All manufactured spring fasteners are subject to adjustment and certification at a computer control and measurement station.
Adjustment and certification of spring fasteners for pipelines manufactured by Chemar Rurociągi Sp. z o.o. is carried out to confirm their compliance with the technical and design requirements and standards applicable to the design, construction and operation of pipeline installations.
The attestation process is carried out in accordance with the requirements of relevant standards and regulations, in particular:
PN-EN 13480 – Metal industrial pipelines,
PN-EN 1090 – Execution of steel structures,
PN-EN ISO 9001 – Quality management system,
design guidelines and manufacturer's technical documentation.
Stages of certification of pipeline fastenings:
1. Verification of technical documentation
The first stage of validation is the verification of the technical documentation for spring attachments, including verification of technical drawings, calculation data, load capacity, spring operating range, permissible displacements, and operating conditions (temperature, constant and variable loads). Material 3.1 certificates and manufacturer's declarations of conformity are also verified.
2. Checking the execution of fastenings
Next, the spring fasteners are inspected by appropriately qualified personnel, including assessing the quality of materials, the correct workmanship of structural components, corrosion protection, and identification markings. The inspection confirms the product's compliance with the technical documentation and standard requirements.
3. Assembly control
The next step is to check the assembly and initial settings of the spring fasteners, including the correct mounting position, the axial operation of the spring and the ability to compensate for thermal movements of the pipeline.
4. Preparation of the validation chart
The attestation process ends with the preparation of attestation chart, containing the inspection results, references to the applied standards, and the scope of approval. Spring fasteners that meet the standard requirements are approved for use in pipeline installations.
