Chemar Pipelines Sp. z o. o. provides services including assessing the technical condition of high-pressure pipelines after their design life has expired, forecasting their future performance, providing modernization and repair proposals, preparing registration documentation for the Office of Technical Inspection, and assessing the performance of fasteners and their adjustment. Diagnostics are conducted based on a diagnostic procedure agreed upon with the Office of Technical Inspection.
The diagnostics of pipeline elements is intended to extend the time of safe operation by approximately 120,000 ÷ 130,000 hours and/or developing renovation and repair recommendations, the implementation of which will ensure safe operation of the pipeline.
Specialists involved in diagnostic work have appropriate education and experience in the field of work performed.
All products manufactured in the Company are subject to quality tests conducted by Quality Office i Materials Research Laboratory to check and confirm the final quality requirements.
