On September 26, 2025, an agreement was signed with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego for co-financing the project entitled:.
„"Improving the energy efficiency of the Chemar Rurociągi Sp. z o. o. enterprise through thermal modernization works, a fundamental change in production and the installation of a photovoltaic installation.".
The project will include thermal modernisation of the production building, i.e. bricking up the roof skylights, replacing the roof skylights, insulating the flat roof, installing mechanical ventilation, modernising the heating system with a heat recovery system, purchasing machinery: a horizontal table drilling and milling machine, a horizontal drilling and milling machine, a large CNC lathe, a small CNC lathe, a burner system for the processing furnace, a forging furnace, and installing new photovoltaic installations with a capacity of 150 kW.
The aim of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the company by carrying out thermal modernisation works of the production building (bricking up roof skylights, replacing roof skylights, insulating the flat roof, installing mechanical ventilation, modernising the heating system with a heat recovery system), obtaining energy from renewable energy sources and fundamentally changing the production process through the purchase of new machinery.
The project's primary target group is Chemar Rurociągi Sp. z o.o., particularly production and technical employees, as well as management staff responsible for the implementation of technological processes and energy management at the plant. An indirect target group includes contractors and customers of the company's products, who, thanks to the modernization of the production process, will receive products manufactured using a more efficient, modern, and environmentally friendly production process. The local community and the natural environment will benefit from reduced energy consumption, reduced CO₂ emissions, and increased use of renewable energy sources.
The project results will include a reduction in the annual primary energy consumption in enterprises, annual energy savings, a reduction in CO2 emissions, a reduction in working time in the machining process and the amount of waste in the form of cutting tool waste, as well as the introduction of process innovations and the implementation of solutions extending the product life cycle included in the technical design of the device.
