High-pressure pipelines offered by Chemar Rurociągi Sp. z o.o. are characterized by the highest quality, reliability, and ease of installation. The production process itself is carried out using modern welding techniques. Our priority is the highest quality, ensuring maximum user safety and minimizing failures.
High-pressure pipelines are used in Power plants, Combined heat and power plants and other energy facilities.
High-pressure pipelines in the energy sector are used not only to transport steam but also industrial gases and other high-pressure media. The use of high-pressure pipelines requires the use of high-strength materials, precise strength calculations, and compliance with industry standards.
Pressure pipeline components manufactured by Chemar Rurociągi Sp. z o.o. meet the requirements of the standards PN-EN 13480, PN-EN 12952, Directives 2014/68/EU, supervisory regulations WUDT/UC/2003, AD 2000-Merkblatt, other technical specifications and technical conditions of execution and acceptance developed individually and agreed with the Client.
Our products are manufactured from carbon, alloy and high-alloy steel materials, including martensitic steel. X10CrMoVNb9-1 (P91) i X10CrWMoVNb9-2 (P92), which are used in systems operating at supercritical parameters of steam pressure and temperature of power units.
Products manufactured in Chemar Pipelines Sp. z o. o. are products of the highest world quality, documented by test certificates.
The following groups of operations are distinguished in the production processes of pipeline elements carried out at Chemar Rurociągi Spółka z o. o.:
Cutting by mechanical or thermal method (gas or plasma)
Plastic forming (e.g. pipe bending on a bender with induction heating on mandrel benders / CNC – diameter DN10÷DN1000)
Machining
Surface treatment (abrasive blasting, grinding)
Heat treatment (normalizing, tempering, stress relieving, solution heat treatment)
Welding processes (TIG, MIG, MAG methods; coated electrode and automatic flux welding)
Applying protective coatings
Conducting non-destructive testing and destructive testing
